Wills, Trusts & Estates
We help our clients navigate the estate planning process to meet their families’ goals and needs. We prepare the documents everyone needs, including Advance Directives for Healthcare, Powers of Attorney, Wills, and – when needed – Trusts. For minor children and family members with special needs, we assist our clients in making plans for future care. We also help define arrangements for companion animals’ care.
Probate
We counsel Personal Representatives, Trustees and Beneficiaries in the administration of probate and trust matters. We guide Personal Representatives through the sometimes complex probate process and help in every step of managing the assets of estates.
